S - Surveys

We can provide five different types of surveys and reports to help you understand exactly how your business is performing from a ‘people’ perspective. We use our Feedback Platform [hyperlinked to section] to deliver this service.

Culture Strength Survey

This is a simple questionnaire to be completed by one person. This could be a Director or HR representative. It is designed to measure your business against the six pillars of a strong organisational culture

Leadership Alignment Survey

As a sensible next step in the discovery process, we sometimes recommend that you get the Senior Management Team to complete the same questions that were completed in the Culture Strength Survey. Once this has been done, one of our consultants would take you through the results and recommend next steps. This can be done either by Skype or similar or face to face, whatever is seen to be most effective.

Employer Performance Index

The EPI is YouBecome’s flagship survey and is used to measure Employee Engagement across the business. We continue to measure against the six pillars of a strong culture but this is now rolled out to every member of staff in the business.

We provide comprehensive reporting using our Feedback Platform  as well as individual departmental reports (see next section) in PowerPoint to help managers to create the right plans for their teams.

As part of this service, we will present the results to the Senior Management Team within the business and suggest next steps to improve scores the next time.

Departmental Reporting

It is essential to create the right levels of accountability within the management team. For this purpose, we provide comprehensive Departmental Reports in PowerPoint for each department manager. We decided on this format due to customer feedback, as this was the easiest way to consume the data. Please ask for examples of these reports.

Pulse Surveys

It is important to measure regularly throughout the year the engagement of your people. We provide the ability for our clients to use pulse surveys to do this. These are much shorter surveys that the Employer Performance Index ™ and use the Net Promoter Score and a few other choice questions to understand how people are feeling.
